FDR Park TL: Enrollment Page

This is an enrollment page for all the Male and Female players in the season. More players will join as the start date approaches. Divisions will be created based upon skill level and gender on the kickoff day.

* These matches are assumed to be played at FDR Park.
* It will be a 4 1/2 month long season May 1st to Oct. 1st. Playoffs start on Oct. 2nd.
* It's a single fee to join the league of $29.95. Each 1st of the month we'll evaluate the season.
* When we get to 40 players enrolled we'll break to 2 different skill level divisions. 60 players - 3 divisions.
* This is a MIXED gender program.
* If you don't play in a 30 day period you will be deactivated from the list.
* There will be a playoffs with the same prize pool as the leagues.
